Our ports have a reduced level of residual sugar so as to not over-shadow the wonderful fruit flavors of our 7 different varietals. This results in a very food-friendly style of port; indeed, we are the only domestic port producer which hosts multi-course all-port dinners around the country, including the Napa Valley Wine Train, Southern California, Arizona and Texas.
