Traditional method sparkling wines, long time aged on the lees (min. 24 months) is the most significant production from Tenuta La Riva, but high quality still wines are produced as well. We produce wines with local grape varieties, such as Pignoletto, Barbera and Trebbiano Modenese, as well as with international varieties like Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Chardonnay. Wines are made exclusively from grapes grown in our vineyards, using natural and sustainable methods, with absolute respect for the environment and tradition. The estate is located in Bologna's foothills, Italy
