About
The Fledge & Company was borne out of a desire to craft wines which we really enjoy from the Cape's finest vineyards - a vineyard project to explore the lenght and breadth of the Cape, travelling over 20 000km to source fruit each vintage. The focus is to hand craft honest, ageable fine wines to grace your table to be shared with a plate of fine fare & much cheer. We have a penchant for old vine Steen, cool climate Pinot Noir, exotic Portuguese varieties, fascinated by Sauvignon blanc, infatuated by Cape White blends & a lover for about 18 other vines. Our ethos si, "Crafted with Care".
