Description
Bobal 100% from old vineyards. Limited production (2000 bottles).
Fermentation with cold maceration for 3 weeks. Malolactic fermentation and aging for 14 months in second-use oak barrels from central France (Boutes, Cadus and Saury), fine-grained and lightly toasted.
Meaty, juicy and creamy wine, with soft tannins. Very fruity wine with hints of black liquorice. It is long and pleasant, with great balance.
