Garnacha Tintorera
Description
Elaborated from old Garnacha Tintorera vines, it has an impenetrable thick purple/violet colour with a dark blue sheen, delicious aromas of small fruits and a slight fresh breeze of balsamic tones.
The taste is round with a very pleasant slight acidic finish. When cool, this wine grows in the mouth, and after only a few seconds, it demonstrates a wonderful variety of tastes and memories.
The wine goes well with meat, roasts, cheeses, typical Mediterranean dishes, with tomatoes and paprika and fine herbs, such as thyme, oregano, rosemary, bay leaf and pepper.
