Both Demeter Biodynamic® and CCOF Organic Certified, Troon Vineyard is dedicated to minimalist, natural cellar practices fermenting our wines with only native yeasts with no additives. No new oak is used to age our wines. Our wines are crafted to fully express the terroir of Oregon's Applegate Valley, which gives wines with bright acidity, freshness, and moderate alcohol levels. Troon Vineyard has been selected by Slow Food's Slow Wine Guide as one of Oregon's top ten wineries and our Vermentino as one of the best wines produced in Oregon.
