Vidal-Fleury looks for spicy Grenache grapes to make its Cotes du Rhone. Aged for more than a year in stainless steel tanks and oak cask, it reveals deep and intense flavours of ripe blackberries, black peppers… very complex nose. Tannins are present and soft to maximize the pleasure of having this cotes du Rhone in mouth.
