Viñedos Puertas, a family-run business, was founded by Jose Puertas Pons in 1950. Jose Puertas Pons originally hailed from the Aragon, Spanish. The vineyard currently comprises 900 hectares of fully producing fields spread across nine small valleys in Curicó Valley. These areas contain diverse soil types, a variety of microclimates and different amounts of sunlight, in which each variety can develop as needed, resulting in excellent harvests. Their grapes are processed with the best technology available. Viñedos Puertas winery is located on the El Milagro estate in Convento Viejo, Curicó, Region VII, Chile. The more than 30-million-liter capacity, is equipped with the most recent technology available. Our shipments are sent to such countries as: Germany, Belgium, Canada, China, Denmark, Poland, Slovenia, France, United Kingdom, USA, Japan, Russia, Sweden, Netherlands, Brazil, New Zealand, Taiwan and Switzerland.
