Grüner Veltliner
Description
Light yellow green; slightly tart entrée, radicchio, sage, then the green pepper and some lime zest; this year, the palate goes more into the dark aroma, dried herbs, seasoning tobacco; clearly structured, with some length. Medium-strength, veltliner shrouded by a grippy tannin net, ground-stemmed, firmly built, with a finish reminiscent of herb bitters.
