<p>Weingut Bossert is a 5<sup>th</sup> generation family winery in Gundersheim, Rheinhessen. From their 19 hectares they use around four hectares to produce premium wine and the rest of their vineyards are harvested to produce daily-drinking wines. They prune with sheep, harvest by hand, and use renewable energy as much as possible. The current winemakers were nominated for Newcomer of the Year by Falstaff in 2016 and the winery earned two black grapes by Gault&Millau in 2017. </p>
