About
Frank family owns their vineyards since many generations in Herrnbaumgarten in the north-eastern part of the Weinviertel in Austria. They concentrate mainly on Grüner Veltliner in all his varieties. Besides that they offer Gemischter Satz, Burgundy-varieties, as well as Riesling and Zweigelt. Each variety is planted, where its quality shows the best result, mainly loess, tertiary sediments, lime and clay and schlier. The climate in this very northern wine region is still quite cool, so the Grüner Veltliner keeps his elegant freshness, even in warmer years.
