FAMILY is our number one priority, so everybody gets involved. Oenologist Christine Huff and Jeremy Bird-Huff from New Zealand make the wines. Ekkehard Huff uses his expertise in the vineyards and the tool shed. Doris Huff cares for the customers. The youngest generation, Philippa and Olivia, great-grandma Margret and German Shorthaired Pointer Diva provide the entertainment. Wine is a wonderful thing: deeply rooted, emotional and without boundaries. Working with our heart, our hands and respect for the nature, we don’t use mineral fertilizer, herbicides and animal or chemical fining agents. We allow our wines to tell you their story We are proud to own 8 hectares of land in Nierstein and Schwabsburg, an area known for its quality wines. STEEP SLOPES, RED SOIL, LIMESTONE: These are the characteristics of our vineyards Schloss Schwabsburg, Pettenthal, Orbel and Paterberg, producing superb Rieslings, Pinots and the local hero Scheurebe.
