Bright Yellow with fine green reflexes, fine CO2 in the beginning, medium viscosity. Rich bouquet on the nose, ripe pea "Alexander", some stone fruit, fragrant spice from piment and pepper. Dry with fresh acidity, a lot of fruit on the palate, ripe pea and some peach, fine fitting spice of black pepper, elegant body, full mouth-feeling with nice drinking pleasure, well integrated alcohol in the medium long finish.
