The Winery Heinz Pfaffmann is the largest organic winery in Germany and has been run by Gustav Pfaffmann for more than 40 years, together with the young generation, Kanupriya and Pawel Hener, who bring a breath of fresh air to the traditional business that has existed since 1616.

For sustainability and environmental-friendly farming, the company is a member of Bioland and a partner company in Rhineland-Palatinate Nature Conservation. The cultivation takes place in organically managed vineyards with a high focus on biodiversity. Furthermore, both cultivation and wine growing are vegan.
