Taste It is a dry wine with a beautiful nose of pears and ripe apples with a touch of lime. The nose is full of aromas of melon and ripe fruits. With its complex body rich in extracts it is well-constituted with a refreshing acidity. The finish is pleasant and long. Food pairing It goes well with fish, sea food, chicken and asparagus. Vinification Hand picked and selected grapes, 6 h cold soak. Natural clarification. Temperature controlled fermentation and ageing on the fine lees for 3 months
