Taste: The first impressions of the Sauvingnon Blanc comes with aromas of honey and lime blossom, but with time the wine slowly starts to present new smells of exotic fruits, such as blackcurrent and gooseberries. Everything that is presented in the wonderful aromas of the wine, is backed up in its flavour – Savoury to drink, yet with a full-bodied fruity finish. Food pairing: This expressive Sauvignon Blanc pairs well with meat, fish, seafood and also Asian-style meals.
