A splendid combination between sour cherries and red berry fruit. Delicious and savory taste of red current fruit, dry and refreshing but with a juicy finish. It goes well with fish, sea food, chicken and asparagus. Hand picked and selected grapes, 6 h cold soak. Natural clarification. Temperature controlled fermentation and ageing on the fine lees for 3 months.
