These days, the winery mainly focusses on Burgundy Varieties, which are planted on more than 90% of the total vineyard area (65% Pinot Noir, 15% Pinot Madeleine, 10% Pinot Gris and Pinot blanc). Having ca. 4 hectares of our vineyards planted with Pinot Madeleine, the winery is amongst the largest producers of this specialty throughout the world. Whilst working the vineyards, we set value on a very natural cultivation.
