Description
Spontaneous mash fermentation. Maturation in 600l oak barrels for 18 months. In the nose dark fruits with blackberry and herbs combined with a distinct spiciness and black pepper. The wine presents it’s full potential on the palate. An elegant structure with very ripe berry fruits, well integrated tannins and a long lasting finish.
