Vinification
Hand picked grapes. Reception, full destemming and immediate crushing. Fermentation at a controled temperature of up to 28ºC for 5-6 days.
Vineyard
Mainly grapes that come from the best vineyards from Dão, with granite, clay and limestone formation soil.
Maturation
2 years in stainless steel vats, 6 months in oak Alier Fino barrels and the aging process in the bottle
