Aged in a big oak barrel strong amber, smoky on the nose, very intensive bouquet, reminiscent of boiled rhababer, oranges, honey, gooseberry and sugar peas; very vigorous on the palate, full-bodied with a firm spine, displays a fine fruit, very convincing length, reveals its full potential during bottle storage.
