The Winzervereinigung Freyburg-Unstrut is the largest wine producer of the most northerly quality wine-growing region of Europe: Saale-Unstrut. Because of our size and an assortment of wines typical for Saale-Unstrut (at the top Müller-Thurgau, Pinot Blanc and Riesling), we act as ambassadors for the region – well beyond its borders. Our wines have been distinguished in the past years with over 300 medals from the DLG-Bundesweinprämierungen (German national wine awards) as well as other national and international prizes (Berlin Wine Trophy, AWC VIENNA, MUNDUS VINI).
