Description

The scintillating game of the cherry and raspberry constitutes the embodiment of its lightness and freshness. Youthfully bashful with a polished acid, it goes beautifully with almost all dishes without being dry. Sausages, salami, sauerkraut and sauté potatoes are, however, its triumph.

Vinification

Cold and wet spring, hot summer and dry late summer and autumn. Relative high sugar and lower acidity levels. Manual harvest from 15th September till 13th of October. On the same day of each harvest were the white sorts pressed and the red sorts put into vinificators for short maceration.

Vineyard: Dolenjska

Vineyard: Very hilly vineyards facing South to South East above 210 m - 450 m asl. Climate: Continental, with dry and hot summers, and mild snowy winters. Soil: A diverse geological soil composition, consisting mainly marl and loam.

Maturation

Stainless steel, bottling as late as possible before putting on the market. Consumption in max 30 months after harvest (regulated by the Law).
