Winegrowers from father to son since 1936, our family estate is located in Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, among the Champagne hillsides inscribed on UNESCO's World Heritage List. Our vineyard is certified with the highest level of both sustainability labels - High Environmental Value and Sustainable Viticulture in Champagne, thus contributing to the high quality of our Champagne wines. We let our cuvées age for a longer amount of time in our ancient chalk cellars (36 to 144 months), and we adapt the dosage to respect both the fruit and the flavorsome character of our wines.
