- SOTO DEL VICARIO (affiliated with the Bierzo D.O.), is placed in Cacabelos (León province), just in the north of Spain. There are 19 hectares of Mencía and Godello varieties. The wines we elaborate in Soto del Vicario are a clear reflect from the Bierzo variety grapes: Go de Godello (a white wine made 100% with Godello), Men de Mencía, made 100% with Mencía grape, and Men Selección, another red produced with Mencía 100% but in this case the grapes came from a selection of old vines.
