Daily pumping over. Malolactic fermentation in barrique. Aging for a minimum of 12 months. In barriques and Tonneaux Color: deep ruby red with purple tones Aroma: red fruits, coffee, dark chocolate and vanilla notes Palate: full, the tannins are dry, rich and smooth Food Suggestions: meaty argue, stewed and grilled meat, wild game
