Description
Beautiful pink colour with good clarity, slightly salmon The nose is fresh with a little spicy cranberry but then overtaken by an array of almost sweet white fruits and melon. Rich in the mouth, with a blend of red and white fruits, like a fruit salad, superb ripeness and long-lasting flavours in the mouth. Ample with fresh and very sweet notes.

Vinification
This Pinot Noir Rosé was vinified using the bleeding method after a pre-fermentation of 18 hours. It was vinified under strict temperature control at 16 °C and then matured on fine lees for eight months. Filtration and bottling were made with great care to avoid oxidation.

The vi neyard extends 80 kilometers from nor th to south, alongside the gentle Puys mountain chain. Our Auvergne wines are Unique! Offe ring a superb minerality and freshness, their volcanic origins are recognized im mediately; ashes, lava and basaltic depo sits are at the core of this terroir. Located on the oldest and largest volcano in Eu rope, the Côtes d’Auvergne designation boasts 5 crus (Châteaugay, Chanturgue, Madargues, Boudes, Corent) which carry the PDO (AOP) label since 2011.
