Description

The 2018 VDP.GUTSWEIN >> Von Unserm<< presents itself light yellow in the glass, slight greenish reflections are visible. In the nose, it is still restrained at first, but after a short time a dominant citrus aroma develops. This impression continues in the taste and is complemented by a noticeable acid structure.

Vinification

The entire wine ageing process should be as gentle as possible, which is why the wine is first of all used to settle out the suspended solids and particles into a sedimentation tank. The natural clarification lasts between 12 and 24 hours, after which the wine is left to ferment in temperature regulated stainless steel tanks. The Balthasar Ress production team accompanies the fermentation process and Vinification up to the finished product in the bottle.
