Vinification
Our REVOLUZZER goes new ways to the oenological maximum. The REVOLUZZER was harvested by hand, after 48 hours of aroma extraction pressed in the basket press and then fermented spontaneously for at least 15 months in half-barrels (600 l oak barrels).
