Cultivated for several generations, the vineyard was taken over by Daniel Bideau and Marie-Béatrice Giraud in 1984, currently has 50 hectares of vines classified as « ecologically sustainable farming » according to the Terra Vitis approach which is environmentally friendly, including 25 ha of organic farming. The vineyard is located on an ancient Massif Armoricain plateau which faces south-east, its soil is made up of orthogneiss, amphibolite and micaschist. Muscadet "Bid'gi" are fruity, fresh, elegant and minerals. Ends with a lingering finish.
