<p>Giovanni Campari, a graduate in Food Science and Technology and former homebrewer backed by an internship of five months at Birrificio Italiano, and partner Manuel Piccoli, a veteran of the logistics and careful administrator, are the founders of Birrificio del Ducato. Giovanni is our Brewmaster, visionary and radical, he is the alchemist who puts his soul into the beers we produce; Manuel instead is the administrator and the artisan of numbers, with a clear vision, pragmatic and entrepreneurial.</p>
