In Bodegas Quinta de Aves we are already working on Ecological Certification for the vineyard and winery. We only make wines with the vines in our Estate located in volcanic lands, following "minimal intervention" and "respect for the ecosystem" philosophy, where white and rosé wines are vegan. Our Estate has 500 hectares, of which 85 are vineyards. The rest consists of olives, cereals and oak-cork forest. We also have a pond which make the surroundings and characteristics of our Estate really special and unique. Five elements define it:
