Description
Montepulciano grapes selection from (company) vineyards. Crushing and destemming with fermentation and maceration for about two weeks in stainless steel at around 30 °C. Aging in cement tanks for around 15 months before bottling. The smell results complex and refined. Combination of red fruits, blackberry, cherry, black cherry with violet, liquorice and leather. Full-bodied, it is highly fruit concentrated. Elegantly balanced among solid tannic part, sourness and fruit. Fairly long and lasting end.
