“Tanning” fermentation with maceration under 23º temperature during 2 weeks. Barrel aging of 6 months in French oak. Garnet color, black cherry flavor and a floral aroma unique to the grape variety. Full-bodied with smooth tannins. Seasoned meat, game, kid and rump steak. Soft cheese and traditional confectionary. To serve between 16ºC and 18ºC.
