Description
After one month and a half after the harvest, we picked the dry raisins from the plant to make this sweet wine. It has his own sugar to 15 º and we added 1.5º of our own destillation of the skins.

Vinification
The fermentation of the jouice from the raisins is made with its own yeast. When it arrives to 1070 of density we added 1.5º alcohol coming from the destilation of its skins and seeds.
Vineyard
We pick the raisins from the limestone plot, which will give us the acidity we need to find the balance with the sugar and keep the punch.
Maturation
It will have a breeding of 6 months in steel deposits.
