Vineyard: Yields: 30hl/ha Viticulture: tilling, cover crops, mulching and other traditional organic vineyard practices are followed. Vineyard certified Organic (EcoCert) 2013 Winemaking: The harvest is 100% manual, sorted on the vine as well as at reception. Grapes are de-stemmed, maceration at low temperatures for approximately 25 days. Aged 9 months in stainless steel, light filtering at bottling. Visual: deep ruby robe with brillant rim, Nose: bright red fruit with notes of kirsch Palate: supple and tender on the palate, pleasing supple tannins and gentle yet complete structure.
