Description
Syrah vines grown on schist produce a wine that is well structured and balanced, with mineral qualities. A unique cuvée that could only come from the terroir of Faugères, this wine is made from our best Syrah vines. It has a deep ruby robe, and a pronounced yet delicate nose with aromas of violets and black fruit. On the mouth, it has surprising complexity and balance, and good tannic structure. Notes of cocoa, liquorice and coffee enhance the final bouquet.
