Description
Vinified traditionally. Grapes are hand-harvested at optimum maturity, grapes are then hand sorted. All grapes are destemmed. Raised 50% in oak vats and 50% in tank for minimum 14 months. Each grape variety is vinified separately and raised accordingly. Tasting A robe of deep ruby and an expressive, charming nose of red fruits and lightly peppered spices. An honest, mineral-style wine with elegant tannins that enhance its freshness, complexity and balance.
