An ancient manor in the heart of the Tuscany, surrounded by a dormant estate just asking to be restored to new life: so begins Davinum's dream, with the purchase in 2006 of the Azienda Agricola Casalta, in Castelfiorentino. Once the grapes have ripened to the right degree, they are harvested in small ventilated crates, so the bunches do not undergo excessive pressure. Strictly by hand, to achieve more delicacy and rediscover the value of a tradition that involves the entire family.
