Description

This prestigious cuvée result from the ambitious from David Jung-Burckel, who wanted to do a great, finesse and harmony sparkling Crémant without dosage and sulphur. This choice blend of pinot blanc and chardonnay help to let him mature more than 30 months on slats.

Its floral aromatic expression on the nose, its foam composed of multiple very fine bubbles, bursts in the mouth to release its aromas of white fruit and brioche.
