About
Our winery is in the very south of France, between the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean sea. The hillside vinyards start at 300m and reach elevations of 500m above the sea. The whole production has been certified "organic agriculture" at the end of 2018. Our wines are full bodied but fresh. Our goal is to reveal the complexity and finesse of the Roussillon terroir. This is why we store most of our wines a few years, to ensure matured wines, that our clients can start drinking in no time.
