Description
Nose of black fruit, pepper and scrubland. The mouth is full bodied and fresh, with superb tanins. The finish is long and never heavy. A great wine to drink with a good piece of meat with herbs.

Vinification
Handpicked and sorted at the plot, the grapes are 100% destemmed. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 20-25°C for 15 to 25 days. Malo-lactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
Vineyard
Hillside vinyard between 300 and 500 meters above the sea, 40 kms from the Mediterranean sea. Soils composed mostly of black schist surrounded by scrubland
Maturation
Aged in stainless steel tanks for a year and then stored in our cellar for 3 years.
