Vinification
Destemmed and cooled, the harvest is immediately pneumatically presses at low pressure. Fermentation and racking controlled at 17°C in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats for 15-20 days. Matured and flitered it is boittled in february.
Vineyard
Magali is an easy drinking named after the Estate’s commercial director, the second Combard daugther in the family. Since the acquisition of Château Barbeiranne in 2019, it is a blend of two very beautiful terroirs : La Londe’s schist soils with maritime influence, and Pignans’ claylimestone soils, in the inland valley of the Var.
