VINIFICATION: Vinification in red, controlled fermentation temperature at 25ºC, with fifteen days of maceration. After fermentation, it is kept in stainless steel tanks until bottled.
BOTTLED : In juin 2019 Bordeaux style bottle of 75 cl, with natural cork TASTING NOTES: Purple wine with fuchsia rivet, medium layer. Very intense aroma of red fruit in which we would emphasize the black plum and the green fig. With a lot of freshness that reminds us slightly of the carved grass and some citrus
