Vinification
The grapes are harvested by variety. After destemming and gentle pressing, the berries undergo reductive fermentation at cool temperature in stainless steel tanks. The wines are rested for a couple of weeks, blended, and then gradually saturated with carbon dioxide in a pressurized tank.
Vineyard
On the rolling hills of the Etyek-Buda wine region, dubbed the "Wine garden of Budapest", grapegrowers have long been focusing on white varieties, which benefit from the limestone-based subsoil and relatively cooler average temperatures.
