Description
Vibrant lemon-green colour. Intense vegetal character with basil aromas and terpenic notes, with a backround of citrus fruits and white flesh fruits. Dry on the palate with a light creamy sense, refreshing acidity and long aromatic finish.

Vinification
Skin contact maceration at 10°C for 6 hours. Fermentation was kept cool in stainless steel tanks at 16-18°C. Lees stirring (battonage) for 2 months.
