Riesling
Description
Pale yellow robe with light green hints (lime tree leaf in the spring), with a nice brightness. Young and lively wine. The bouquet is pleasant, with a nice balance, fresh, expressive and slightly aromatic. Acid, fruity notes (green apple Granny Smith, lime, kiwi) and floral notes (spring flower). In the mouth, it is a nice dry Riesling, well structured. Long stay, generous and good salinity. Fresh in the end. Nice example of good Alsatian Riesling with character.
