About
Everything started in 1778 when Jean-Daniel ZEYSSOLFF, founded the ZEYSSOLFF winery in Gertwiller, Alsace, France. It is now Yvan ZEYSSOLFF and his wife Céline making the wine, the 11th generation of the family. The estate is well exposed, on different Terroir with different geology (limestone, marls) which allow to produce specific wines. Yvan and Céline produce the seven Alsatian grape varieties and also different Crémant d'Alsace. Some atypical wines like Pinot Gris Rose and the famous Klevener de Heiligenstein are the winery specialties.
