Description
This smooth and balanced wine is a good match with roasted and braised meat, but also with flavourful, vegetable risottos. It shows that simplicity is the ultimate sophistication. HARVEST AND VINIFICATION: grapes are harvested at the end of September. Maceration lasts for 8-10 days. Frequent pumping over and a macro-oxygenation allow an optimization of the extraction and fermentation process. Fermentation takes place at a temperature between 25°-28° C. MATURATION: 12 months in large Slavonian oak barrels REFINEMENT: 3 months in the bottle
