PaardenKloof Estate is a boutique cellar specializing in terroir specific single vineyard single varietal wines. Our wines are produced from grapes that are hand harvested from mountainous vineyards that are cooled by afternoon sea breezes. We believe in aging our wines. Our premium reds are released after a five year maturation period. PaardenKloof specializes in Cab Sauvignon, Shiraz, Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Blanc. The older vintages are released under the exclusive PaardenKloof label and the lifestyle wines under the Ecology label. PaardenKloof has Level One B-BBEE status; WIETA, IPW
